All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition as when you purchased it. International orders are not refundable and all sales are final.

You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and packaging.

We will provide you with a pre-paid return label when you contact us. If the purchaser chooses to ship the item, he/she is responsible for the return shipping which must include a tracking number and insurance to ensure delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

"I ordered this specific watch for my son who is on the Autism spectrum. His favorite color is red, and he loves airplanes. He may not understand the significance of what this watch represents (Tuskegee Airmen), but I do. The watch was received broken with a broken pin. I contacted customer service, who responded promptly, and requested that the watch be returned. I declined to return it because I needed it for my son's birthday and the watch was no longer being sold on the website. I requested a refund of $20 to fix the watch but was denied due to third party issues. Instead of disappointing my son, I decided to keep the watch and fix it myself. I wanted to buy him the gold one next month but fear the same thing happening again. It is a beautiful watch though."

"Talley and Twine brand one day is going to rival so called mainstream luxury brands. Photos of your watches online does not come close to advertising the quality, weight, feel and detail from this brand. PROS: Price Point at $255. 00 is an absolute steal. I own 15 watches ranging from $800 to $80 and this watch looks and feels more luxurious than my most expensive watch. The first thing I noticed about the watch was the weight, it felt well made. The movement of the hands looks smooth and the watch thickness gives it volume and presence. Several men who noticed the watch stopped me to inquire about the brand and all have said the same thing “I seen it online and was hesitant because (insert reason). After they examined the product all were amazed and impressed. The band clasp is super solid, does not jostle loose and super simple to secure with one hand. CON: I can tell that the majority of the effort in making this watch goes into timepiece and clasp. The band quality is average I would like to see heavier material and more detail in the band itself. The box leaves much to be desired. But I get it, every dollar goes into making a solid timepiece and everything else raises the price point and breaking into the luxury market where the barrier to entry and competition is tight, it makes sense. I am a fan, someday I hope to be a brand ambassador."
