AN UPDATE ON DECEMBER 15th PRE-ORDERS
Some of the critical components needed to complete your watch have been held in customs at the UPS hub in Louisville, Kentucky since November 11. Normally, customs clearance takes three to five days. In this case, the shipment has been delayed much longer, and the expected delivery date for those parts has continued to change. This has prevented us from completing assembly on the original timeline.
As soon as these components are released and arrive at our facility, our team is prepared to move quickly. We expect to complete assembly within 48 to 72 hours and ship your order immediately. Our goal is to get your watch to you by Christmas or as close to that date as possible, even if it cannot ship exactly on December 15.
I know this falls short of the standard we set for ourselves, especially during such an important gifting season. This situation has been weighing heavily on me and on our team. Please know that there are real people here who care about your experience and are doing everything possible to move this shipment through customs and get your watch on your wrist.
If you have any questions or concerns about your order, we are here to help. Please contact us at theteam@talleyandtwine.com. Thank you again for your patience, your trust, and for choosing Talley & Twine.
